Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of equipment at service stations, performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Junior talent is considered; experience is not mandatory An industrial maintenance services company is seeking a **Maintenance Technician** to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of equipment at service stations. **What do we offer?** * Monthly salary of **$12,000 to $14,000 MXN (take-home pay)** * Statutory benefits * FONACOT * Continuous training * Uniform and personal protective equipment * Work tools * Computer equipment * Vehicle for work-related activities * Additional days (paternity and bereavement) **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field (Engineering preferred) * Experience is not mandatory (junior talent is considered) * Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Proficiency in using hand tools * Basic/intermediate Excel skills * Valid driver's license (preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Respond to equipment failure reports promptly and effectively * Conduct and validate equipment calibrations * Monitor compression equipment and auxiliary systems * Prepare reports, logs, and documentation * Manage inventory of tools and spare parts * Coordinate services with vendors * Comply with safety regulations * Support continuous improvement and incident investigation **Work Location:** Prol.
