Develop communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills. **Corporativo UBK — Join our team as a Construction Permit and Licensing Coordinator!** Corporativo UBK, a prominent real estate construction and development company with over 20 years of experience, invites you to join its team. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Territorial Planning (intern or graduate). * At least 3 years of experience handling procedures with government agencies. * Management of license renewals (land use, operation, signage, environmental impact, civil protection assessment) and extensions and entry applications. **Responsibilities:** * Complete application forms for procedures with various agencies. * Manage basic entries with agencies. * Actively participate in the analysis of each project and proposal of solutions. * Prepare files (physical and electronic) containing documents collected at each stage of the coordination process. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic knowledge of regulations and procedures related to construction permits and licenses (preferred). * Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, etc.). * Negotiation skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Location: Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada.
