




Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise administrative and operational academic processes, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance in academic management and certification. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the administrative and operational efficiency of academic processes. 2. Supervises and coordinates academic management, registration, and academic certification. 3. Promotes continuous improvement and standardization of educational processes. **Objective:** Ensure administrative and operational efficiency of academic processes through planning, supervision, and coordination of academic management, academic registration, accreditation, certification, and academic certification areas, supporting the institution’s strategic goals. **Main Responsibilities:** · Coordinate and supervise academic control processes: enrollments, re-enrollments, withdrawals, grade records, and academic evaluations. · Supervise the issuance of official academic documents (certificates of attendance, certificates, diplomas, and degrees). · Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies. · Manage and safeguard students’ physical and digital academic files. · Supervise updates to databases and academic control platforms. · Coordinate certification, accreditation, graduation, and alumni follow-up processes. · Prepare performance reports and indicators for the department. · Supervise student and faculty academic procedures and service management. · Promote continuous improvement and standardization of departmental processes. **Technical Knowledge:** · Proficiency in Academic Control Systems. · Platform administration. · Academic data management and analysis. · Accreditation, certification, and graduation processes. · Digital tool proficiency. · Use of videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet). · Preparation of management reports and indicators. **Competencies:** · Leadership and teamwork. · Organization and planning. · Effective communication and user-oriented service. · Empathy and service orientation. · Decision-making and results orientation. · Emotional intelligence and stress tolerance. · Continuous improvement focus. **Education:** · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Education, Educational Psychology, or related fields. **Experience:** · Preferred 1–2 years in academic control, educational administration, or similar positions. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday. **Salary:** $11,000 MXN plus statutory benefits.
