**Purchasing and Warehouse Manager** **Age:** 37\-42 years old Gender: Indifferent Must live in or near the area **Education**: Business administration, logistics, or related fields. **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in: * **Procurement Management:** * Proven experience in the complete procurement cycle: identifying needs, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, issuing purchase orders, and tracking. * Knowledge of the market for pest control chemicals, specialized equipment, and general supplies. * Ability to develop and maintain strong supplier relationships. * **Warehouse Management:** * Experience in inventory control (minimums, maximums, safety stock), receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. * In-depth knowledge of the **safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials**, including regulations, labeling, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS). * Experience managing and maintaining pest control equipment. * **Industry Knowledge:** * Familiarity with products and services of a pest control company, understanding the importance of quality and availability of supplies.
