





MANAGE INFORMATION, ENSURING THAT THE PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITIES RECEIVE ACCURATE, UP-TO-DATE, AND TIMELY INFORMATION ABOUT PREVIOUS AND CURRENT CHANGES DURING THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK AND/OR COST ESTIMATION. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO ACHIEVE GREATER COMMUNICATION FLOW BETWEEN CLIENT, PROJECTS, AND SITE, REDUCE DELAYS, AND VALIDATE CHANGES FOR IMPLEMENTATION. **REQUIREMENTS.** **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR** **EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE OR CIVIL ENGINEERING** **GENDER: NO PREFERENCE** **SKILLS** **\- Knowledge of construction materials and systems** **\- Knowledge of construction regulations and procedures** **\- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings** **\- Proficiency in AutoCAD** **\- Organized** **\- Organizational communication** **Activities** Prepare a descriptive sheet for each received project to compile the project file. Receive, analyze, and verify executive project information. Compile folders with executive project information. Manage missing or supplementary information. Hire engineering services related to the project; request drawings, specifications, and/or data from the architectural firm. Ensure compliance with project delivery progress schedule. Organizational communication among parties involved in the update process. Deliver physical and digital copies of project drawings to the construction site. Update drawings due to on-site modifications and prepare operation manuals for the client. Technical follow-up of the project.
