Implementation and follow-up of employee training and development programs. Workforce roster and organizational structure control. Conducting institutional onboarding for newly hired employees. Organization of corporate events. Psychometric testing management. Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law. Negotiation of employment terminations and proceedings before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
