Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in this role, for which you will be responsible for: * Attracting new customers through commercial relationships with automotive agencies in your assigned area. * Advising current and potential customers on the financial benefits of automotive credit. * Cross-selling products such as credit cards, insurance, and account portability. * Prospecting financial solutions via phone calls, emails, campaigns, and in-person visits to customers. * Establishing new alliances with automotive agencies for credit placement. * Collecting required documentation for file preparation and providing customers with updates on the status of their applications. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** Professional with skills in digital communication, marketing, and social media management, oriented towards strengthening the **institutional presence and educational positioning** of **Grupo C.E.S.S.** **EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND** * Bachelor's degree in **Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communication Sciences**, or related field. * Complementary training in **Digital Marketing, Community Management, or Strategic Communication** is desirable. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * **Minimum 1 year** of verifiable experience in: * Managing institutional or brand social media accounts. * Creating and scheduling digital content. * Writing copy, storytelling, and visual communication. * Using design and editing tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, or similar). * Analyzing social media metrics and performance indicators. * Experience in **educational institutions, communication agencies, or digital marketing** (desirable). * Experience in **event coverage and production of audiovisual materials.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage official social media accounts for **C.E.S.S. Mérida, C.E.S.S.
