**Production Supervisor** **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán (Periférico Diamante de Opichén) **Area:** Production / Metalworking **Position type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** to coordinate and ensure compliance with manufacturing plans in our sheet metal and purlin areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in operations, leading the production team and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute and supervise compliance with daily/weekly production plans. * Coordinate and control manufacturing processes in sheet metal and purlin areas. * Ensure adherence to quality standards, blueprints, and technical specifications. * Assign tasks to the team, promoting proper use of PPE and safe work practices. * Verify efficient use of materials, tools, and machinery. * Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Mechanical, Metal-Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years supervising production processes in metalworking workshops or production lines. * Knowledge of steel and ability to read structural drawings. * Familiarity with quality standards. * Desired experience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills. * Competencies: Leadership, decision-making, organization, effective communication, and results orientation. * Availability to work overtime. * Must have complete and up-to-date documentation. **Compensation:** * Starting monthly net salary: $15,000 (negotiable during interview). * Timely payments and statutory benefits. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm * Saturdays: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Position type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: From $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Sick days * Free parking * Option for indefinite contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * What percentage of time availability do you have?
