




The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining control over operational work standards; monitoring compliance with manufacturing processes, implementing process improvements to achieve greater efficiency, and determining personnel requirements. Generates and manages continuous improvement projects. **Requirements:** Education: Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering. Manufacturing experience (minimum 3 years) **SMT board manufacturing experience** Intermediate English AutoCAD Microsoft Visio **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** * Calculate headcount (HC) based on capacity analysis and required production plan. * Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts for assigned products. * Implement layout modifications and changes. * Design, build, and/or modify production lines or cells. * Provide necessary tools, facilities, and/or fixtures for activities carried out in production areas. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen). * Support the production area to improve First Pass Yield (FPY). * Control and develop PFMEA documents. * Participate in new product introductions. * Manage TPM for fixtures. * Balance production lines. * Collaborate in root cause analysis and process failure investigations.
