Position: ***Industrial Maintenance Operational Supervisor*** Responsibilities: \* Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan, as well as the corresponding checklists for boilers, ensuring timely follow-up on all related activities. \* Fulfill requests for assigned preventive maintenance tasks and scheduled activities. \* Properly use personal protective equipment, tools, spare parts, machinery, and equipment. \* Report progress on repairs to machinery, equipment, and services (LP gas, steam, electricity, compressed air, and various types of water), recording them in the appropriate forms with accurate completion. \* Record energy consumption and proper equipment operation in the corresponding logs: electricity, LP gas, operating hours, etc. \* Address all corrective maintenance requests in administrative areas, production processes, and service areas. *(This is not an administrative position; it is 100% operational)* Requirements: \* 1 year of experience (preferably in the food industry) \* Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar \* Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity \* Flexible availability \* Ability to commute to the Plant (Teya, Kanasín) We Offer: \* Weekly salary \* Statutory and additional benefits \* Two days off per week \* Company parking If you are interested and meet the profile, apply by attaching your CV.
