





The Principal Physical Security Representative is responsible for overseeing and implementing physical security programs based on standards, physical security policies and procedures, and services at assigned sites. This position manages daily physical security operations, compliance, investigations, audits, and training, and is responsible for implementing and managing an employee security awareness program. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct audits of assigned locations regarding the points mentioned and communicate findings to the security operations team (security operations supervisor and senior officer/manager). * Various policies and procedures related to security, standard services, and client-specific requirements. * Industry-specific standards such as PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, SOC2, etc. * Assist in creating training plans to address identified gaps and ensure that physical security operations at the assigned site(s) are effective. * Maintain relationships with security service and systems providers to ensure timely delivery of system maintenance and upgrade services. * Coordinate and conduct semi-annual fire evacuation drills at facilities. * Manage all security system maintenance contracts for all installed and to-be-installed security technology across all sites. * Ensure training and onboarding of security personnel, floor wardens, security staff, and new employees. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * No prior experience required. * Weekly pay. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Strong communication skills; able to understand and give security-related instructions. * Ability to explain audit observations and teach corrective actions. * Firm but respectful.
