While operational tasks may be part of these duties, the majority of time is spent on office activities. **Position Overview:** Under general supervision, performs the following activities: * Administers couriers to perform pickups and deliveries, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in service. * Monitors and evaluates route loads to ensure workload balance, workforce flexibility, reassignments, and coverage in case of breakdowns. * Organizes pickup/delivery requests from customers based on location and redirects messengers as necessary. * Handles all incoming customer calls regarding all matters related to pickup/delivery. * Communicates with station personnel or customers about estimated arrival times and other related questions or concerns. * Maintains knowledge of city geography and traffic flow to provide directions to customer locations as needed. * Keeps the station operations manager updated on relevant labor and service conditions; provides service reliability and/or route adjustments. * May be required to perform other assigned tasks. **Minimum Requirements:** **Minimum Education Level:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree / equivalent * Proficiency in English language (450 TOEIC points). **Minimum Experience:** * A minimum of eighteen (18) months as a Messenger or Service Agent within FEC. **Minimum Required Skills:** * Knowledge of city geography and traffic flow. * Knowledge of FedEx service characteristics. * Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to lift 32 kg and maneuver any package weighing up to 68 kg with proper equipment. * Basic English skills.
