




**HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** \- 100% on-site work \- Work location: Merida, Yucatan Heavy Machinery company is seeking a professional responsible for serving as the administrative and personnel management liaison between employees and the company, safeguarding the interests of both parties to achieve organizational objectives. **\*REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree (graduated) \- Postgraduate studies in Human Resources or Personnel Administration (desirable) \- Minimum of 3 years of experience performing HR functions \- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law \- Intermediate English proficiency **\*MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of personnel. \- Payroll processing. \- Maintain and safeguard employee records. \- Coordinate evaluation of employee competencies that directly impact service quality. \- Identify training needs, develop training programs ensuring compliance through timely follow-up, and coordinate evaluation of training effectiveness. \- Coordinate implementation of employee engagement surveys and establish action plans together with management. \- Personnel management: Conduct attendance tracking for all staff. Ensure correct payment of overtime. Manage employee vacation days. Administer cafeteria services. Control bonuses, commissions, and loans. Calculate and process severance payments. Manage and distribute employee uniforms. \- Present HR-related performance indicators. \- Prepare administrative reports. \- Administration of subcontractors. \- Participate in annual planning. \- Analyze organizational structure. \- Coordinate team-building, cultural, and training events. \- Ensure enforcement of policies and procedures by supervised personnel. \- Ensure the work area under responsibility remains clean, organized, and safe by following up on safety and hygiene plans and coordinating safety equipment. \- Prepare results reports and present them to management during scheduled meetings. \- Participate in analysis of information to implement actions that help correct and/or prevent issues or drive improvements. **\*WE OFFER:** \- Salary: between $15,000 and $18,000 gross monthly (flexible based on capabilities) \- Statutory benefits \- Growth opportunities \- Pleasant work environment Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
