Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and goals. * Supervise store staff functions to ensure goal attainment and excellent customer service. * Inventory management and audits. * Cash handling (cash counts, end-of-day reconciliations). * Handling and delivery of funds. * Oversee daily operations on the sales floor, notions department, price verification, and loss prevention. * Supervise merchandise unloading and product handling. * Recruit operational staff. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role. * Education: Completed high school diploma / Technical high school diploma.
