In-depth knowledge of labor and tax legislation A national private security guard corporation with over 300 employees nationwide, expanding and seeking a PAYROLL MANAGER. REQUIREMENTS: \*Minimum 3 years of experience administering payroll for over 300 employees. \*Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. \*Knowledge of labor and tax legislation, and processes related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA, and ISN. \*Proficiency in CONTPAQ and/or Sathum payroll systems. \*Advanced Excel and accounting system skills. \*Skills: Attention to detail, organized, effective communication, teamwork. JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for end-to-end payroll management for over 300 security personnel, payroll incident administration, generation of payment layouts, monitoring of tax compliance, and processing of procedures before agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc. In-depth knowledge of labor and tax legislation.
