At iCodde, we are looking for a **Crew Supervisor** in Mérida for one of our clients, a global leader in telecommunications. This is a great opportunity offering an exciting challenge and a high-impact project for a period of 3 months. ### **Job Objective** * Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of installation, maintenance, and testing activities of network infrastructure in the field, leading technical crews according to quality, safety, and timeline standards set by the client. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate technical crews in the field, ensuring compliance with work plans. * Supervise the installation, maintenance, and testing of telecommunications infrastructure, particularly in MBB (Mobile Broadband) technologies and wireless networks. * Verify and monitor the correct implementation of direct current power systems (DC Power Systems), including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. * Interpret and validate blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation related to projects. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report progress, incidents, and results to the client and relevant internal departments. * Ensure optimization of human and material resources in each project. ### **Required Experience** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as Coordinator or Crew Supervisor in telecommunications projects. * Experience leading field work teams. * Experience supervising network infrastructure installation, maintenance, and testing. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in MBB (Mobile Broadband) technologies, especially wireless networks (Wireless). * Solid knowledge of direct current power systems (DC Power Systems). * Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation. ### **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and management of technical teams in the field. * Planning and control of operational activities. * Ability to solve technical problems under pressure. * Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and clients. * Strict application of industrial safety standards and use of PPE. **Desirable** * Project management certifications. * Valid driver's license. ### **Benefits** * Competitive salary ($18,700 MXN gross) * Legal benefits
