





COLLECTION ASSISTANT **COLONIA MEXICO, IN MÉRIDA, YUCATÁN.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Effective collections management - Experience in tracking accounts receivable, recovering overdue accounts, and dealing with customers. * Knowledge of administrative processes – file control, payment recording, reconciliations, and collection reports. * Communication and negotiation skills – courteous interaction with clients to ensure payment compliance. * Make preventive and corrective collection calls and follow-ups. * Record payments and transactions in the administrative system and prepare periodic reports. * **REQUIREMENTS** * Accounting or Administration student nearing graduation; Technical degree in Administration or Accounting * Proficiency in Office suite and CRM. * Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience. * **WE OFFER** * Salary $12,000.00 (monthly) * Statutory benefits.
