





We are looking for a responsible and proactive General Assistant to support operational tasks in a veterinary clinic. This position involves cleaning duties, logistical support, basic animal care, and external errands, making it essential to know how to drive both a car and a motorcycle with a valid license. Responsibilities: * Cleaning and disinfection of clinical areas, operating rooms, examination rooms, and common areas. * Internal transportation of patients (pets) between different areas of the clinic. * Collection and delivery of medications or supplies to laboratories and external suppliers. * Assistance in receiving orders, organizing supplies, and internal messaging. * Delivery and collection of documentation at specific locations. * Immediate reporting of incidents or irregularities. * Temporary support in other areas of the clinic as operational needs arise. * Good physical condition to move supplies, materials, or patients. Key Knowledge and Attitudes * Basic knowledge of cleaning, disinfection, and biosafety protocols. * Responsible and safe vehicle handling (car and motorcycle) with a valid license. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and willingness to assist in various operational tasks. * Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed instructions. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to service quality. * Empathy and respect toward animals and people. * Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes in daily priorities. Requirements * Valid motorcycle and driver's license. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational roles, messenger services, customer service, or veterinary assistance. * Good physical condition to move supplies, materials, or patients. * Flexible availability and service-oriented attitude.
