You will participate in electrical, mechanical, and sanitary projects, and collaborate with suppliers and contractors. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in general maintenance. * Education: High school diploma or incomplete technical training. * Basic knowledge of Electricity, Plumbing, Masonry, Metalwork, Finishing, Carpentry. * **Competencies:** Service-oriented attitude, Problem-solving, Teamwork, Initiative. * Work location: Rosario Metro Station, Azcapotzalco. **Responsibilities** Preventive Maintenance: * Perform scheduled maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, sanitary installations, and minor equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections of critical systems (pumps, electrical panels, lighting, air conditioning systems, etc.).
