Job Summary: Support the recording, control, and analysis of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial information and compliance with current tax regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support in recording, controlling, and analyzing accounting operations. 2. Bank reconciliations and monitoring of accounts payable/receivable. 3. Assistance in calculating and filing taxes (VAT, Income Tax). **Job Objective** Support the recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting operations, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with current tax regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Accounting entry of income, expenses, and journal vouchers in the accounting system. * Input and control of supplier and customer invoices. * Review of tax requirements for CFDI (CFDI usage, payment method, payment form, etc.). * Monthly bank reconciliations. * Control and monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Assistance in calculating and filing taxes (VAT, Income Tax). * Filing and control of accounting and tax documentation. * Support in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Preparation of basic accounting reports. * Responding to internal and external requests (audits or reviews). * General support to the General Accountant in administrative tasks within the department. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed or in progress). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year as an Accounting Assistant (preferred). **Technical Knowledge:** * General accounting. * CFDI and basic tax regulations. * Excel proficiency (basic–intermediate level). * Experience with accounting software (CONTPAQi).
