




Job Objective: Provide attention, advice, and technical support to customers after the sale. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or technical issues (by phone, email, and chats) * Record, track, and close reported cases in support systems. * Provide after-sales assistance to ensure customers correctly use products or goods. * Generate incident reports, response times, and customer satisfaction levels. Knowledge: * Specific technical knowledge of products (air conditioners and refrigerators). * Experience with ticketing or CRM systems. * Customer service knowledge and conflict resolution techniques. Education: * Technical degree in computer science, electronics, mechatronics, or related fields. * Previous experience in customer service or technical support is desirable. Experience: * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or after-sales areas.
