




**Job Objective** Ensure the reliability of accounting information by timely recording of transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing schedules and account reconciliations, thereby supporting tax compliance and internal control within the department. **Responsibilities** * Perform **accounting entries** for revenues, expenses, and journal entries in the system. * Prepare and review **bank reconciliations**. * Determine and update **IMSS schedules** in accordance with applicable regulations. * Prepare **accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations**. * Calculate and record **fixed asset depreciation**. **Hard Skills** * Proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience with **accounting ERP systems**, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. * Basic knowledge of accounting standards. **Soft Skills** * **Attention to detail** and focus on accuracy of records. * **Teamwork** to coordinate with other departments. * **Effective communication** to convey clear and timely information. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (intern or graduate).
