We invite you to apply for the following position: Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:*Education* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Programming. (Desirable with knowledge in distribution / scheduling / Mechanics)*Years and area of experience* 2 years of experience in similar areas.*Language* Basic English. Technical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office: (PowerPoint, Excel (intermediate \- advanced), and Word). Knowledge in distribution / scheduling / Mechanics is desirable. Minimum experience using SAP. Data analysis capability.*Competencies* Proactive person, leadership, results-oriented, and persuasive skills.*Work location* Planta Yucateca, Yucatán.*Schedule* Shift rotation Job purpose and responsibilities: Supervise the execution and fulfillment of operational plans (National shipping plan, export, and production orders). * Manage and supervise assigned personnel. * Manage and supervise the operation shift (Shipping\-Lines\-Export\-Tapanco\-Grits). * Perform system entries and exits of units in SAP for warehouses. * Control entries and exits of production orders. * Ensure product rotation is followed to prevent expiration. * Control inventory of non-conforming products (empty or full). * Conduct inventories in the assigned area. * Maintain attendance records of assigned personnel. * Prepare delivery reports, shift reports, and KPI results. * Develop strategies to achieve goals during the shift. * Promote and develop team autonomy. * Lead high-performance work teams. * Conduct safety-focused informational meetings with assigned personnel. Additional required responsibilities:* Organize and verify compliance with preventive maintenance plans for assigned forklift equipment. * Report and follow up on failures of assigned equipment. * Manage and verify compliance with VPO pillar requirements. * Cover shifts in case of absenteeism.
