




**Main Responsibilities:** * **Diagnosis and Resolution of issues in CONTPAQi systems** * **Specialized Technical Support:** * **System Maintenance and Updates:** * **Training and Documentation:** * Create and update user manuals, technical guides, and operational procedures. * Provide technical training to end users and other support team members. * **Technical Project Management:** * Collaborate with other teams in planning and executing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. * Supervise the integration of new technologies into the existing environment. **Qualification Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or certifications in CONTPAQi systems (desirable) * **Experience:** In technical support and CONTPAQi system support. * **Technical Skills:** In-depth knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and specialized software. * **Competencies:** Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Full-time * **Work Environment:** Office-based work, with possibility of remote support and on-site client visits as required. * **Availability to travel outside the state.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
