




**Key Responsibilities:** * **Diagnosis and resolution of issues in CONTPAQi systems for end users** * **Specialized technical assistance for onsite or remote support** * **System maintenance and updates** * **Providing technical training to end users and other members of the support team.** * **Technical project management:** **Qualification Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering; certifications in CONTPAQi systems (preferred) * **Experience:** Technical support experience and hands-on experience supporting CONTPAQi systems is mandatory * **Technical Skills:** In-depth knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and specialized software. * **Competencies:** Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Full-time * **Work Environment:** Office-based work, with possibility of remote support and on-site visits to client locations as required. * **Willingness to travel outside the state.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $8,500.00 – $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: Onsite employment
