The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87,000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. **Job Description** Responsible for ensuring compliance with product characteristics and ensuring that production line processes meet defined parameters, as well as making flow/destination decisions for units, considering previously defined quality criteria and/or IPC-A-610. **Requirements** * Unit inspection following SWIs, making decisions per IPC-A-610 or previously defined criteria * Line release at shift start-up and model changeovers according to setup sheets, parameters, golden samples, etc. * Monitoring of line performance during shifts based on compliance with product characteristics. \- Daily process audits (parameters, golden samples, quality alerts, customer complaints, non-conforming material, SCRAP).\- Production support with acceptability criteria based on standards. Support in: * On-floor containment actions for internal or external failures * Support in conducting GRR studies (data collection) \- Support Quality Engineers with special assignments.\- Perform necessary tests for launch validations * Line stoppage upon any detection, following the Jidoka stop matrix * Periodic audits to Flow Charts. * Periodic audits to PFMEAs. * Periodic audits to Control Plans. * Audits to documentation. * Product inspection in packaging areas for material release. **Additional Information** Ready to take your career to the next level?
