Responsibilities: * Follow-up and month-end closing activities for cash shortages recovery in pharmacies. * Validate branch sales and reconcile daily cash deposits. * Analyze revenue variances. * Compile accounting information by branch, perform mass revenue control. Prepare reports for month-end closing. * Process invoices for pharmacy returns. Requirements: Professional Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Accounting. Experience: Revenue area, billing, data entry, or administrative/accounting assistant Availability for working hours (month-end closing) Knowledge of: Electronic invoicing (SAP desirable) Credit notes, returns and cancellations, Cash register shifts, Cash counts, bank reconciliations. Skills: Handling large volumes of information, Organization and time management, Attention to detail, and Collaborative work.
