Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with industrial maintenance experience to perform electromechanical tasks, including handling tools and control systems. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of control systems and PLCs **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed technical program (Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technician, or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing plants or similar facilities. * Availability to rotate shifts: Day, Afternoon, and Night (one shift per week). * Must reside in the Guadalupe–Juárez area. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:** * Handling manual and electric mechanical tools. * Working with low-voltage electricity. * Knowledge of high- and low-power three-phase electric motors. * PLC knowledge and experience. * Operation of control systems, relays, contactors, and inverters. * Knowledge and application of lubricants for bushings, followers, rollers, and ball bearings. * Compressed air generation, actuators and pistons, valves and solenoid valves, maintenance units (regulators, condensers). * Power transmission knowledge and experience, including fixed and variable pulleys, sprockets, chains, bearings, and gear reducers. * Identification of electro/mechanical issues in equipment (vibrations, hot spots, load imbalance). * Work on hydraulic installations and centrifugal pumps. **WE OFFER:** * $18,000.00 – $21,000.00 monthly * $260.00 grocery vouchers (weekly) * $120.00 transportation allowance (weekly) * 10% punctuality bonus. * 10% attendance bonus. * 10% savings fund (company matches contributions). * Statutory benefits. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Categorization system. * Job stability. **COMPANY ADDRESS:** * Col.
