We are looking for a **Junior Graphic Designer** interested in building a career in **branding**, who enjoys transforming ideas into visual proposals and working on digital, editorial, and brand identity projects alongside a creative team. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret creative briefs and develop initial visual proposals. * Design assets for social media, digital campaigns, and graphic materials. * Support the development of visual identities and brand graphic systems. * Create and adapt designs for digital and print formats. * Collaborate with the creative team to refine and improve design proposals. **Requirements:** * Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán. * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * One year of experience in graphic design (professional internships or freelance work accepted). * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma. * Knowledge of typography, composition, and branding. * Interest in digital design, UX/UI, or web design (preferred). * Ability to receive feedback and improve design proposals. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Hybrid work model in Mérida, Yucatán. * Base salary \+ statutory benefits. * Employee referral program. * Complimentary uniforms. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Participation in various local and national projects. * Team-based collaboration with the creative department. * Creative and collaborative work environment.
