We are seeking your talent for the role of: **DEPUTY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** **Objective:** You will be responsible for leading and managing the software development team, ensuring the successful implementation of integration and development projects. This position involves supervising the team’s daily activities, coordinating with other departments within the company, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Software or related fields * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency * Hotel and vacation club knowledge is desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. **Specific Knowledge:** * Proficiency in programming languages: C#, JAVA, Python, PHP, NetCore, Visual Basic. * Knowledge of system integration and APIs. * Knowledge of PMS and POS systems. **We Offer:** * Benefits and perks exceeding statutory requirements * Career development plan.
