




**Position Objective:** Perform sample collection for the process or interpretation of all clinical studies, adhering to the standards and procedures established by the Organization, with excellent service attitude and warmth, ensuring complete customer satisfaction Areas of responsibility: · Collect blood samples, cultures, gynecological specimens, and electrocardiograms according to current official regulations and procedures established by the Organization, providing high-quality and warm service, ensuring full patient satisfaction. · Centrifuge samples according to official regulatory procedures and those established by the Organization and Reference Laboratories. · Record pending samples on the outsourcing order, note relevant observations for each sample, and indicate the number of tubes (various), slides, bottles, media, and biopsy samples sent. · Package samples timely and correctly according to official regulatory procedures and those established by the Organization and Reference Laboratories. · Classify biohazardous waste (RPBI) according to procedure and official regulations, as well as update daily and monthly logs. · Deliver RPBI waste to the provider's operator, and verify that manifest data are correct and correspond to the Clinical Analysis Unit's data. · Update and implement all logs according to procedures (Procedure No.) specified by official regulations and those established by the Organization. · Review, analyze, and deliver results to patients timely and correctly according to the Organization's processes and policies. · Track special tests with pending delivery beyond two days to ensure timely delivery and patient satisfaction. · Sanitize all areas and complete the corresponding log according to the established process (procedure). · Provide customer service, giving information about services offered by the Clinical Analysis Unit in person and over the phone. · Give instructions and prepare patients receiving services according to the study to be performed, following established procedures. · Provide information about ultrasound department studies to every patient according to the established procedure. · Accurately, honestly, and according to organizational procedures, collect payments for studies and services provided by the Clinical Analysis Unit. · Properly and honestly manage and handle all matters related to the cash handling company and/or daily sales deposit according to established guidelines. · Submit daily income reports according to procedures established by the department. Generate and print the daily global invoice, as well as perform point-of-sale closure according to procedures and policies established by the Organization. · Generate and print the daily global invoice, as well as perform point-of-sale closure according to procedures and policies established by the Organization. · Daily generate, send, and print the outsourcing order according to established procedures. · Print clinical study results daily according to established processes. · Send electrocardiograms to the cardiologist for interpretation, extract and print results for delivery according to the procedure established by the Organization (only if no computer equipment is available for ECG).
