





**Job Objective** Manage, create, and oversee the company's digital presence on social media and digital platforms to promote pest control, gardening, and furniture cleaning services, attract potential customers, retain existing ones, and strengthen brand reputation. **Main Responsibilities** * **Social Media Management** * Create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, among others). * Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and appropriately. * Monitor mentions of the company. * **Content Creation** * Design graphics, photos, and videos showcasing services (before and after, testimonials, pest control tips, gardening, cleaning). * Write persuasive and audience-appropriate copy. * Develop educational campaigns to build trust and credibility in the services. * **Digital Advertising** * Create and manage paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms. * Segment and optimize campaigns for lead generation. * **Analytics and Reporting** * Measure performance of posts and campaigns. * Deliver monthly reports with key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, customers acquired). * **Customer Engagement and Branding** * Encourage interaction with the online community. * Create initiatives that foster trust and brand recommendations. * Promote the company’s image as reliable, professional, and approachable.
