Direct impact on product and business outcomes **About the role:** We’re looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to join a platform in the out\-of\-home advertising industry. This role is about introducing real AI capabilities into the product from the ground up. It combines both R\&D and production\-level implementation. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and support teams to turn real\-world problems into practical, high\-impact solutions. **Main objective:** Design, build, and deploy AI solutions that directly impact: Revenue growth, Operational efficiency, \& Service quality. **What you’ll do:** * Build computer vision solutions * Implement features powered by LLMs * Design the initial AI architecture (services, pipelines, models) * Take solutions from prototype to production **What we’re looking for:** * Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI or similar) * Experience building projects from scratch * Familiarity with MLOps practices * Strong experience with Python * Experience working with APIs and backend systems * Builder mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and ownership * At least 3 years of relevant experience **What we offer:** * The opportunity to build AI capabilities from the ground up * A path toward technical leadership * Direct impact on product and business outcomes Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
