




Experience in operational and strategic procurement At least 2–3 years in procurement/administrative departments, handling purchase orders, quotations, supplier negotiations, and delivery tracking. Supplier coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for key suppliers, resolving non-compliance issues and urgent matters. Working under pressure and handling urgencies Experience in environments where “everything is urgent,” with proven ability to prioritize, respond quickly, and maintain control. Process implementation and improvement Participation in the creation, documentation, or improvement of procurement/administrative procedures, controls, policies, and process standardization. Interaction and communication with key internal departments Consistent experience in effective interaction and communication with finance, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure continuity and compliance, especially in the hospitality sector.
