




**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost analysis or more. \- Proactivity \- Experience in studying and improving cost analysis. \- Data, expenses, and cost analysis in the construction area. \- Advanced Excel. \- Proficiency in OFFICE suite, *ERP systems, Power BI, or cost software (Neodata, Opus, SAP.* **TASK DESCRIPTION:** \- Participate in cost analysis and reconciliation, generating reports and consistently updating area reports. \- Participate in the analysis and reconciliation of project costs, verifying the correct allocation of direct and indirect expenses. \- Prepare and update cost control reports, budgets, and variances, feeding executive and financial reports for the department. \- Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets, identifying savings opportunities and resource optimization. \- Record and classify expenses in internal systems (ERP or cost control), ensuring accounting and budgetary traceability. \- Monitor payment flows, advances, and withholdings, coordinating with accounting departments. \- Generate comparative analyses between estimated budgets and actual costs, identifying variations and their causes. \- Supervise compliance with purchasing policies and expense controls within project areas. **WE OFFER:** · Direct hiring by the company · Monthly base salary $13,000\-$16,500\.00 net, depending on experience. · Biweekly payments · Full statutory benefits · Growth opportunities · Stability and continuous training **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 05:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 1:30pm Location: Mérida Job type: Full-time Shift type: 8-hour shift Workplace: On-site employment.
