We are looking for a **Control Room Analyst** with a focus on service, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor and promptly track units using the GPS system. * Provide support and service to internal customers. * Offer daily operational support to equipment teams. * Detect, record, and report incidents. * Prepare reports and informational updates. * Maintain constant communication with operations supervisors and management. * Supervise compliance with operational activities before, during, and after routes. * Perform verification and investigation tasks regarding potential vehicle and operator non-compliance. **Requirements:** * Technical studies, incomplete degree, or related field. * **Knowledge of:** Microsoft Excel, internet navigation, Google Maps, and Google Earth. * Analytical skills, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
