Job Summary: This role involves adjusting and programming CNC machinery, manufacturing tools, and providing technical support to optimize production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Adjusting and programming programs at the machine site 2. Providing technical support and training to CNC and setup operators 3. Generating new ideas for production improvements * Reading and adjusting programs at the machine site. * Manufacturing fixtures, tools, and parts. * Generating new ideas and taking independent actions for production improvements. * Providing technical support and training to CNC and setup operators. * Performing preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning) on the machine and work area. * Mastercam programming, operation of Hass CNC equipment. * Interpretation of blueprints. * Adjusting and optimizing programs to improve product quality and efficiency. * Experience with measuring instruments. * Knowledge of conventional machinery such as milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
