Position Summary: Bilingual Production Assistant to support the Director in supplier management, import coordination, and administrative tasks within the Production area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance to the Production Director (Enologist) 2. Contact with suppliers and coordination of imports 3. ERP management and administrative tasks Description and details of activities * Assist the Production Director (Enologist) at the Tijuana office. * Contact suppliers to track timely and scheduled arrival of goods as agreed with the supplier. * Coordinate imports with customs brokerage agency. * ERP management (Oracle or similar) * Record goods receipt in the system * Assist with administrative procedures and processes in the Production area * Manage calendar and travel arrangements Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Bilingual: English proficiency 80% spoken and written. * Minimum one year of verifiable experience in a similar position. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation skills. * Responsible. * Organized. * Self-motivated.
