Requirements: * Completed or incomplete high school education * Valid driver’s license (driver type) * Ability to use geolocation apps (Maps, Waze, etc.) * Knowledge of electronic equipment maintenance and repair Responsibilities: * Analyze spaces behind the bar and provide measurements to the customer. * Ensure keg towers are placed for optimal visibility to the end consumer. * Install keg equipment. * Reinstall keg equipment. * Drill into wooden bars only for tower placement. * Remove keg and refrigeration equipment—either temporarily or permanently. * Monthly inspection and cleaning of keg equipment (Preventive Maintenance). * Repair refrigeration equipment failures reported by customers (Corrective Maintenance). * Provide training on operation of installed equipment. * Provide technical support at events. * Complete service forms and submit all services performed on the same day. * Meet performance indicators (response time, productivity, profitability, punctuality, and telematics). * Implementation of the 5S methodology. This includes translating clinical documentation into accurate diagnosis and procedure codes, entering charges, submitting claims, correcting errors, and supporting accounts receivable workflows.
