Experience in handling tools and machinery including: * Scheduling, control, and operational discipline management. * Development and follow-up of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Analysis of productive areas' performance, identification of improvement opportunities, and assurance of key performance indicator compliance. * Quality, safety, and environment. * Ensuring compliance with Integrated Management System procedures. * Efficiency and continuous improvement. * Continuous analysis of departmental quality objectives using quality tools and proposal of improvements. * Coordination with HR regarding justified absences, leave requests, vacations, overtime, equipment assignments, personal protective equipment (PPE), and uniforms for personnel under supervision. * Regulatory compliance.
