We are looking for a **Self-Financing Sales Coordinator** with strategic focus, commercial leadership, and passion for sales. We are a leading automotive dealership specializing in self-financing schemes, and we seek talent to drive objective achievement and commercial team development. **Position Objective** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure contract placement targets are met, strengthen sales team performance, and guarantee an excellent experience for our customers. **Requirements** * Proven experience in self-financing, automotive financing, or financial products. * Leadership and management of commercial teams. * Results orientation and target achievement. * Analytical ability, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Set and monitor individual and group sales targets. * Monitor performance indicators and target achievement. * Conduct field accompaniment and call listening to provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team. * Develop sales strategies to increase contract placements. * Supervise proper administrative management of contracts and vehicle delivery processes. * Ensure timely follow-up on payments and vehicle releases. * Guarantee compliance with internal self-financing system processes. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * Attractive commission and bonus scheme based on objective achievement. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (e.g., food vouchers, savings fund, among others). * Excellent work environment and professional growth opportunities.
