Objective: Provide friendly and professional service to gym customers and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Manage reception processes, access control, registrations, and basic administrative support, contributing to the smooth daily operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers and visitors. * Provide information about gym promotions and services. * Answer phone calls and messages. * Conduct registration, renewal, and payment procedures. * Control customer access via system or manual log. * Address inquiries, complaints, or properly route customer requests. * Keep the reception area organized, clean, and functional. * Assist with administrative tasks related to the area. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school (minimum). * Minimum experience: 1 year in customer service, preferably in gyms, sports centers, hotels, or service areas. * Basic knowledge of cash handling and access control systems. * Proficiency in Office suite and/or basic administrative software. * Excellent appearance, service attitude, and effective communication. * Must live near the area. * **Availability to work (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm)** **Skills and Competencies:** * Friendly and professional demeanor. * Organization and punctuality. * Problem-solving skills. * Customer orientation. * Teamwork ability. * Proactivity and responsibility. **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment.
