This position is essential for maintaining efficient floor operations, providing direct support to the waitstaff, and ensuring agile and high-quality service for guests. Job Objective To efficiently support the service area by ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, while maintaining dining area order, cleanliness, and proper presentation—thereby guaranteeing quality service and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Support the waitstaff team during service to ensure rapid and efficient operations * Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to tables, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery * Maintain constant communication with the kitchen and floor staff to expedite service * Restock tableware, cutlery, glassware, and necessary supplies during operations * Verify that tables are clean, orderly, and properly set * Assist with general cleaning and organization of the dining area * Provide support during special events and peak-hour periods * Participate in setting up and breaking down service stations Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles such as Runner, Waiter Assistant, Server Helper, or Customer Service * Preferably experience in mid- to high-end restaurants * Excellent personal appearance * Flexible availability * Ability to work under pressure * Service-oriented attitude and strong teamwork skills * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment * Passion for customer service Competencies * Courteous demeanor and customer orientation * Operational speed * Attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to assist * Effective communication * Service organization * Teamwork We Offer * Monthly salary of $9,452\.00 * Additional tips * Statutory benefits starting from the third month * Provided uniform * Meal support * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities within the service department Salary: $9,452\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
