Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to design, implement, and monitor quality control processes, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in WRAP certification and international regulations We are looking for a highly analytical, structured, and continuous-improvement-oriented Quality Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the company's quality control processes, ensuring that both raw materials and finished products strictly comply with internal technical specifications and standards of our international customers. This role is critical for operational standardization, defect prevention, and management of social and industrial compliance audits. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Process Management and Standardization • Design and Implementation: Develop, formalize, and execute missing quality control procedures and forms (including the pending fabric inspection and review project, as well as traceability audit forms). • Operational Process Assurance: Coordinate and supervise audits at critical supply chain stages—pattern making, cutting, sewing, printing, and packaging—ensuring timely submission of reports to internal teams via established digital channels. • Statistical Criteria: Strictly apply AQL 2.5 (Inspection Level II) sampling tables and plans across all applicable audits. • Equipment Control: Supervise and closely track the calibration program for laboratory and measurement equipment (e.g., scales, light boxes, etc.). 2. Raw Material and Finished Product Control (General and Key Customer Focus) • Shade and Color Approval: Evaluate and release fabric shades using light boxes and tools such as Pantone, shade bands, and spectrophotometric readings, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments. • Textile Physical Testing: Monitor and analyze batch-level results for weight, shrinkage percentage, torque percentage, and fabric density. • Defect and Waste Analysis: Investigate root causes of fabric incidents (e.g., hole or streak reports), analyze secondary goods and scrap reports, and establish root-cause preventive and corrective actions. 3. Customer Complaint Handling • Claim Management: Investigate the root cause of any technical complaint received from customers and coordinate the corrective action plan jointly with General Management and involved production departments. 4. Compliance and Certifications • Compliance Audits: Lead, maintain, and monitor requirements and guidelines for WRAP certification, ensuring plant processes align with international social and labor compliance standards. Skills and Requirements • Education / Experience: Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in quality control within the export-oriented apparel and textile sector. • Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in textile inspection standards (AQL 2.5, statistical sampling). o Ability to read and interpret technical packs (Tech Packs), measurement sheets, and printing artwork approvals. o Knowledge of finishing, dyeing, shrinkage, and density processes. o Familiarity with international certification standards (WRAP, SMETA, or similar). • Digital Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems for data consultation and release, Microsoft Office suite (intermediate-to-advanced Excel for data and KPI analysis), and agile communication tools. • Soft Skills: Structured thinking, strong logical problem-solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, firmness in technical decision-making, and excellent interdepartmental communication. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – Technological High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 27 and 55 years Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Production Processes, Textiles, Quality Control Administration, Quality Assurance Management, Quality Analysis, Quality Evaluation Keywords: resident, supervisor, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, quality, qa
