




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage service reports, ensure customer support, and supervise field engineers' route compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Timely coordination of service for customer support 2. Personalized assistance and clarification of basic customer inquiries 3. Field engineer supervision and route compliance Receiving service reports and promptly coordinating IS activities to serve our customers Providing personalized assistance and clarifying basic inquiries from our customers. Keeping service reports updated and current in the service system. Verifying that field engineers complete report closures and service delivery, and comply with their assigned daily routes.
