Develop, identify, implement, and disseminate good educational practices that strengthen teaching-learning processes. Participate in accreditation and social responsibility initiatives. Deliver classes in the disciplinary area. Attend teacher and administrative training courses required for the position. Participate in university-established mentoring programs and projects. Requirements: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Educational Process, Educational Administration, or related field; preferably with a Master’s degree in Education, Administration of Educational Institutions, or related discipline. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years in higher education. AGE RANGE: 30 years and older. KNOWLEDGE: Educational planning, legislation and administration, competencies, research.
