Promotion of the institutional educational model and its evaluation Position Objective: Design and implement educational strategies to ensure the achievement of graduate profile competencies, improve teaching-learning processes, and guarantee institutional academic quality. Responsibilities: Implement and evaluate mechanisms and instruments to measure student competencies. Develop pedagogical proposals to guide improvement of teaching processes. Participate in measurement, analysis, and improvement of learning processes. Guide the development of instructional planning. Disseminate and promote understanding of the institutional educational model across the University Community through various mechanisms, and conduct annual criterion-based evaluation of the model. Promote, support, and collaborate with the Research Coordination Office in developing educational research. Develop, review, and monitor the permanent course on UVP Philosophy. Participate in strengthening teaching-learning processes to enhance formative processes. Develop, identify, implement, and disseminate good educational practices that strengthen teaching-learning processes. Participate in accreditation and social responsibility initiatives. Deliver classes in the disciplinary area. Attend teacher and administrative training courses required for the position. Participate in university-established mentoring programs and projects. Requirements: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Educational Process, Educational Administration, or related field; preferably with a Master’s degree in Education, Administration of Educational Institutions, or related discipline. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years in higher education. AGE RANGE: 30 years and older. KNOWLEDGE: Educational planning, legislation and administration, competencies, research. OTHERS: Strong verbal communication skills, willingness to travel, proficiency with digital tools. We Offer!
