Tackle exciting challenges and build a career that reflects who you are. **Job Mission:** Deliver customer service and emergency response activities in the field—including meter removals and re-installations, investigations of high consumption cases, and responses to gas leaks, network damage, theft of installations, gas outages (in specific cases), fires, explosions, and gas odors—while safeguarding and maintaining assigned equipment in optimal condition to meet departmental objectives and ensure smooth operational flow. **Your Impact:** As a **First Intervention Technician for Emergencies**, you will directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities: * Perform field services related to assigned meter removals and re-installations. * Address customer requests regarding high consumption by inspecting and diagnosing meters, regulators, and internal/external installations. * Respond to emergency calls during assigned on-call shifts, reporting arrival time, safety measures taken, and incident resolution. * Document service orders and ensure network purging and reactivation. * Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition to guarantee optimal operational flow. **Requirements:** To join our team as a **First Intervention Technician for Emergencies**, we seek: * **Education and Experience:** High school diploma or technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Pneumatics, Mechanics, Basic Instrumentation, or related fields. 1 year of experience handling natural gas. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in natural gas measurement tools and equipment. Vehicle operation. Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office tools. * **Key Competencies:** Task management, service quality, and customer orientation. * **Languages:** Not required.
