Job Summary:
We are seeking a vocation-driven, innovative, and solution-oriented teacher with experience in La Nueva Escuela Mexicana to develop and guide the learning of secondary school students.

**Requirements:**
* **Professional degree and license are mandatory.**
* **Minimum of 2 years of experience.**
* **Age between 25 and 45 years.**
* **Knowledge of and proficiency in lesson planning.**
* **Participation in technical councils.**
* **Knowledge of and ability to apply La Nueva Escuela Mexicana.**
* **Ability to maintain discipline and manage challenging behaviors.**
* **Creative and communicative skills when interacting with students and parents.**
* **Strong, empathetic, patient, creative, dynamic, and responsible personality.**
* **Teaching vocation.**
* **Strong communication skills.**
* **Problem-solving orientation.**
* **Innovative mindset and adaptability to change.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Ability to work under pressure.**
* **Legible handwriting and proper spelling.**
* **Prepare annual, quarterly, and weekly lesson plans and evidence.**
* **Develop a thoughtful and creative program suitable for secondary school students.**
* **Apply diverse educational techniques (e.g., storytelling, educational games, audiovisual media) to teach students.**
* **Observe each student to support improvement of their social competencies and development of self-esteem.**
* **Encourage students to interact with one another and resolve occasional disagreements.**
* **Guide students in developing their abilities, artistic skills, and practical competencies through a carefully designed program promoting healthy coexistence and conflict resolution.**
* **Organize schedules and supervise students to ensure their safety at all times.**
* **Monitor students’ progress and report to parents.**
* **Communicate regularly with parents to understand students’ context and psychology.**
* **Collaborate with other educators to maintain a clean and orderly classroom, consistent with health and safety standards.**
* **Complete requested courses and certifications.**
* **Wear the school uniform correctly and formally according to institutional regulations.**
* **Design and implement foreign language learning situations.**
* **Assess students’ learning outcomes.**
* **Involve students in monitoring their own learning.**
* **Conduct oral and written comprehension and expression activities in the target language.**
* **Select the most appropriate learning activities.**
* **Use various teaching methods to facilitate student learning.**
* **Integrate ICT as a support tool in the teaching and learning process.**
* **Prepare activities that foster communicative interaction.

Salary: Up to $8,000.00 per month
