We want to meet you! ### **Available position: Human Capital Coordinator** **Location:** Querétaro **Contract type:** Full-time **Department: CH Operations** ### **What we are looking for:** * Talent Attraction processes for operational staff (retail industry experience preferred), competency-based interviews, onboarding processes, management of pre\-payroll incidents, handling of KPIs and executive presentations, file control, and administrative tasks. * Conduct the onboarding process for new Recruiters, provide appropriate onboarding, training, and mentoring to facilitate their integration and adaptation process. Carry out the necessary coordination to supply them with equipment and other work tools. * Hold follow-up meetings with the Recruiter team to provide performance feedback and jointly define the necessary improvement actions to enhance their productivity and performance. ### **Key responsibilities:** Operational recruitment. Management of Human Capital KPIs. Supervision of personnel under your charge. Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
