We are seeking an Engineer with technical and operational vision to lead high-tonnage projects.** **\-Location: Texcoco, State of Mexico.** **Responsibilities** * Perform detailed structural analysis and calculations for industrial cranes. * Design support platforms, temporary foundations, and rigging components. * Determine safe load capacities and operational limits for each equipment configuration. * Prepare drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications for maneuver execution. * Collaborate with operations, clients, and safety teams to meet safety standards. * Assess structural integrity of loads to be lifted and advise on appropriate lifting methods. * Stay updated on construction and safety regulations in Mexico. * Participate in incident investigations and propose preventive solutions. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field (degree certificate and professional license preferred). * Minimum verifiable experience in structural analysis and design, preferably in projects involving heavy machinery, foundations, or high-tonnage lifting. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Project, and preferably lifting simulation software. * Basic knowledge of logistics and industrial crane operations is desirable. **Soft Skills:** * Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * Meticulous attention to detail and calculation accuracy. * Excellent verbal and written communication (Spanish and English preferred). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proactive, results-oriented attitude with strong commitment to safety. **What do we offer at Marín?** * A dynamic and challenging work environment within a sector-leading company. * Participation in large-scale, high-impact projects. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization. * A collaborative team focused on excellence. * Minimum salary of $20,000, with potential increase based on experience.
